As a SecOps Customer Technology Advisor, you will bridge the gap between security operations and customer engagement, providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, and hands-on security solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients assess, implement, and optimize their security operations. Whether it's leading security assessments, designing security frameworks, or delivering compelling technical demonstrations, your expertise will shape resilient cybersecurity postures.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional SOC Strategy & Leadership
• Lead and oversee Security Operations consulting initiatives across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
• Design and deliver custom SOC strategies, target operating models (TOMs), and security maturity roadmaps tailored to client needs and regional nuances.
• Drive adoption of modern SOC capabilities including SOAR, XDR, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Ensure consistent consulting methodologies and quality across EU and APAC engagements.
Client Advisory & Engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, SOC managers, and security leadership.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and provide strategic guidance on SOC design, transformation, and continuous improvement.
• Support clients in building or optimizing regional or global SOCs (24x7, follow-the-sun, hybrid models).
• Guide compliance alignment with regional and global standards: NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.
Consulting Delivery & Project Oversight
• Lead or oversee delivery of SOC assessments, capability gap analyses, IR readiness programs, and security operations transformation projects.
• Develop and review SOC playbooks, KPIs, incident workflows, and governance models.
• Mentor regional consultants, promote knowledge sharing, and ensure methodological consistency.
Practice Development & Regional Growth
• Build and manage a regional team of consultants and architects supporting Security Operations engagements.
• Identify market trends, regional threats, and client needs to shape consulting offerings and service lines.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and pre-sales efforts to grow the business across EU and APAC.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Cloud Security, and MSSP teams to align services.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Sales, and Delivery leaders to ensure integrated security outcomes for clients.

You are a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a passion for protecting digital assets and a track record of leading security initiatives. Your expertise spans security operations, customer engagement, and solution development, and you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in security consulting, SecOps, and customer advisory.
- Expertise in threat detection, incident response, and security assessments.
- Proficiency in SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud security, and Zero Trust architectures.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global Security Operations Centers (SOCs).
- Knowledge of NIST, RMF, CIS Critical Security Controls, and compliance frameworks.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH).
- Experience in customer support, risk mitigation, and security strategy development.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI-driven security, IoT, and cloud-native security.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
