The Role

Your Role and Responsibilities

The SAP Presales Business Architect S/4HANA plays a decisive role in the presales engagement, the application integration architecture design during SAP RISE transformation projects, on S/4HANA (PCE) & SAP BTP

  • Creation of a technical business application roadmap for the SAP S/4HANA transformations, specifying applications components for target, releases, integrations, facilitating the transition from on-premises to the cloud, utilizing SAP Activate Methodology
  • Provide significant presales support to trigger SAP RISE & S/4 + BTP transformations. Participate in the development of the SAP Practice
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather business requirements, design solution architecture, and create implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Be a S/4HANA technical & development lead, across accounts, to ensure Kyndryl's value proposition is leveraged for engagement presales, and delivery execution,
  • Define the requirements for SAP Softwares subscriptions, landscapes sizings for S/4HANA PCE (private cloud edition) on Hyperscaler, in collaboration with functional consultants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement integration strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Define the requirements for services, SAP landscapes inside the SAP RISE - S/4HANA PCE (private cloud edition) standard service catalog, to align the correct basis Technical Managed Services, and aggregate technical informations required for on-boarding of the landscapes
  • Developing SAP applications architect & CTO relationships in client organizations
  • Coordinate & validate the technical SAP landscape installations with Basis teams

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in consulting with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Implementations and upgrades on functional domains like Finance or Logistics or Manufacturing
  • This position requires applicants to demonstrate a track record of technical application integration, interfaces definitions & integration, in-depth knowledge of upgrade & conversions technical strategies and tools leveraged
  • Selective data migrations to S/4HANA concepts & toolings accelerators
  • Expertise of ABAP code development & ABAP development team management
  • Knowledge of SAP infrastructure
  • Very good presentation and communication skills. Strong skills in English and French
  • Ability to work in virtual or distributed teams around the world. Experience of Global Integrated Delivery, with near & off-shore teams. Ability to travel.
  • Capability to build and configure demo/PoC systems & integrations

Good to have Technical and Professional Experience

  • SAP Business Process analysis and mining (Signavio, Celonis..)
  • Experience with at least one hyperscaler such as AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Experience of SAP RISE - S/4HANA PCE standard delivery services
  • Practice of S/4HANA "clean core" approach. Knowledge of SAP automation/DevOps
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (integration and development, along with S/4HANA)
  • SAP BW to SAP Datasphere transformations
  • SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite transformations, or Integration Suite implementations
  • SAP BTP Low code / No code development. SAP Build extensions
