As a Data, AI and Reporting Product Manager, you will be the visionary behind our product strategy, crafting and executing a roadmap that aligns with our company's goals. You will stay ahead of technology and market trends, understand the competitive landscape, and anticipate customer needs to drive future development and business growth. Your role will encompass overseeing the entire product lifecycle, ensuring sustained success and customer satisfaction. In the development projects you ensure that client business needs and problems are accurately identified and verified, and that feasible solutions are designed and developed.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in the data management, reporting and/or AI in Finnish financial landscape, preferably in a bank
  • Proven track record of developing software products
  • Good understanding of data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in BI & reporting tools as well as data modelling, data analysis and ETL processes
  • Strong understanding of product management and software development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust both internally and with clients
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with a hands-on attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Business acumen to understand customer needs, market trends, and align software development with business objectives
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry technologies, and best practices
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges in software development projects
  • Leadership skills guiding and motivating development teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements
  • Proficiency in Finnish and good communication skills in English
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
