The Role

This role operates at a GEO / Regional level, managing complex projects within the Kyndryl Office spaces, working with our key partner vendors across multiple countries. Reporting to the GEO Workplace Enablement Manager as part of the Workplace services global function, key aspects of this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for end to end project management of complex workplace related activities across a number of countries within the GEO.
  • Expected to work very closely with our key partner suppliers to oversee their projects, guiding where required and reporting at a regional level in a consistent and clear way.
  • To adhere to project policies and frameworks, ensuring strong financial control
  • To forecast all elements of project work accurately, in a format and style that can be clearly articulated to senior stake holders
  • To accurately devise project cost forecasts and budgets.
  • To keep the required project records and plans as required for operational and audit purposes
  • Work with the Marker leader and support roles to ensure local stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
  • To constantly innovate to improve delivery, be this with tools, data, new approaches or partnerships.To use professional judgement to anticipate risks and issue before they can impact delivery.
  • To invest time in growth as a professional project manager, seeking opportunities to enhance skills and abilities.
  • Supporting Workplace Operation Management as Site Operation lead for different locations across Central and Eastern Europe
  • Overall responsibility for Project delivery, Vendor Management, Vendor performance, Process control and all other areas where our site and project vendors are providing services to support the operation of our office locations.
  • Delivery of safe, reliable and consistent workplace services in our 3rd party office locations and flex office spaces
  • Innovation driven approach, examining all avenues for continuous improvement, automation and efficiency via technology and using insights from analytics.
  • Rapid resolution of issues and site challenges in conjunction with the account leadership of our vendor partners.
  • Reporting of site services performance and issues using dashboards and other automation techniques to show a clear and easy to understand statuses and trends.
  • Resolution of any service delivery situations, with retrospective approaches used to avoid repeat incidents
  • Management of change as required by changes of use, adoption of new spaces, removal of portfolio elements and client demand, working in conjunction with the GEO Transformation Coordinator
  • Delivery of workplace projects via a clear, reliable, and repeatable process.Delivering on time and in Budget.
  • Support of the GEO T&E team by providing costings for client bids with real estate elements.
  • Ensuring the delivery of a safe and comfortable workplace experience, teaming with the Global Workplace Experience Leader to implement Global Standards.
  • Assisting with the selection process for new locations, ensuring locations are obtained that enable the delivery of our standard services.

The salary range for this opportunity starts at 2800 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Certified Project Manager
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Real Estate management
  • Good experience in managing Complex projects
