The Role
Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join our company by working on large deals in Public and Private sector.
Experienced Proposal Managers lead multidisciplinary teams on complex consulting engagements and are accountable for delivering value to clients. They apply deep domain expertise, consulting techniques and empathetic approach to analyze issues, create and implement innovative solutions. They possess strong communication skills, are able to articulate the impact and business benefits of Kyndryl solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.

Who You Are
Main responsibilities in this role will include:
- Be involved in the end-to-end proposal generation, interacting with internal SME and partners for documents generation.
- Analyze Tender documentation to understand requirements and identify technical solutions and winning strategies to ensure that maximum evaluation criteria are met.
- Lead the internal/external working team to produce, control and deliver the final annex preparation, understanding and representing the business context, to cogently describe Kyndryl offering, innovative solutions and differentiators.
- Work with customers in contracts' start-up in the delivery phase.
Required technical and professional expertise:
- At least five (5) years' experience in Proposal Management role for complex solutions in Information Technology, mainly in Italy public procurement process
- Solid background in IT, understanding major trends in Digital Transformation, Journey to Cloud, Service Delivery Models and Security Management
- Project management skills, ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in parallel
- Organizational and time management skills
- Flexible, able to work outside normal working hours to ensure achievement of team objectives
- Good negotiation and communication skill
- Master's Degree required;
