The Role

Responsibilities

  • Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the clients and the project team.


  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.


  • Manage the project execution, ensuring that the tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to the quality standards.

  • Communicate and coordinate with the clients, the project team, and other stakeholders on a regular basis, providing updates, feedback, and guidance.


  • Identify and manage the project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary and implementing mitigation and contingency plans.


  • Monitor and evaluate the project performance, using appropriate tools and metrics, and report on the project status and outcomes.


  • Ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with the client expectations and requirements, and that they meet the quality and compliance standards.


  • Conduct project closure activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and feedback collection.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field.


  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.


  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and large-scale projects involving multiple tools and systems.


  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.


  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and other project management software.


  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.


  • This role will be based in Singapore.
