The Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and document the objectives, scope, requirements, and deliverables of security projects.


  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.


  • Monitor and control the progress, performance, and quality of security projects.


  • Identify and manage the risks, issues, and changes of security projects.

  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners on security project matters.


  • Ensure that the security projects adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and standards.


  • Ensure that the security projects comply with the applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare industry.


  • Provide guidance and support to the security project team members and other staff involved in security projects.


  • Conduct lessons learned and post-mortem reviews of security projects.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.


  • At least 5 years of experience in managing security projects, preferably in the healthcare industry.


  • Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and/or security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA).


  • Strong knowledge and understanding of security concepts, principles, and practices, such as security architecture, risk assessment, threat modeling, vulnerability management, penetration testing, incident response, etc.


  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry and its security challenges, standards, and regulations, such as HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, etc.


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.


  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


  • Willingness to travel as required.


  • Based in Singapore
