- Liderar y gestionar programas complejos en cliente, asegurando la entrega exitosa de proyectos dentro del plazo y presupuesto establecidos.
- Tomar decisiones estratégicas y operativas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del proyecto.
- Mantener una comunicación constante y efectiva con los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades y asegurando su satisfacción.
- Coordinar y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar la integración y el alineamiento de todas las partes involucradas en el proyecto.
- Identificar y mitigar riesgos potenciales, asegurando la continuidad y el éxito del proyecto.
