Your expertise in Lifecycle Management from Database creation, setup & decommissioning is Crucial.

In addition, you'll be a disaster recovery guru, developing strong backup and recovery plans using Data Pump or RMAN to ensure that our system is always protected in the event of a failure. Define, implement and support database backup and recovery policies using RMAN. Supports large number of Oracle databases. Performing Database Administration tasks independently in Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c and 19c. Ability to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI). Your technical acumen will be put to use, as you support in Operating. Systems tuning and configuration. Perform database restoration and recovery in the event of a failure.. Upgrades, migrations and cloning. Hands on experience in Operations and Support of Oracle RDBMS 11g,12c and 19C. Replication via Goldengate and Data Guard. Installation of Oracle and MYSQL ,Applications and break fixing of H/W and S/W issues . Support users and application developers in solving complex problems related to our database systems.

As a key player on the team, you'll implement policies and procedures to safeguard our data from external threats. You will also conduct capacity planning and growth projections based on usage, ensuring that our system is always scalable to meet our business needs. Perform the regular Audits and IT related task and update the status higher management regularly.

You'll be a strategic partner, working closely with various teams to coordinate systematic database project plans that align with our organizational goals. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 6+ years of overall experience in IT Database Domain with proven experience in Oracle Database Operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Should be willing to work in 24x7 Support.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with Aix, Solaris and Linux (RHEL).
• Experience in production environments on Unix, Windows and Linux OS.
• Experience in Installation and troubleshooting in RAC and Grid.
• Handle regular day to day IT Infra operations.
• Experience in working on Service Desk tickets.
• Participating in Day/Weekly status review meetings

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• BE/ BTech/MCA/Diploma.
• Oracle Certification.
• Mysql knowledge will additional advantage.
• Database server administration (Oracle, MYSQL) and team management.
