Join Kyndryl as an Office Facility Assistant where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our office operations, handling a wide range of tasks that ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it's executing routine processes or tackling more complex challenges, your role will involve keeping the workplace functional, efficient, and well-organized.

In this role, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of purchasing orders-from requesting quotations and negotiating terms to placing orders and conducting inspections. Your skills in vendor management will ensure that we always have reliable partners in place to meet our needs. Additionally, you'll serve as a central point of contact, managing inquiries from stakeholders and ensuring they're addressed promptly and effectively.

Your day-to-day will also include managing schedules, coordinating meetings across three venues, and making sure everything is in place for smooth operations. As part of this, you'll be responsible for onboarding and offboarding team members by ordering IDs for new joiners and closing access for those who have left. If you're someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and ensuring everything is in its right place, this role will be a perfect fit for you.

1.ファシリティマネジメント日常業務

• ファシリティマネジメントベンダー(CBRE)との連絡窓口

• 課題、質問などへの対応(回答、担当者への連絡)

2.各種発注処理

• システム(Ariba)を使っての見積依頼、合意• 発注処理、受け入れ処理などの 一連の作業

• 発注時期の管理、処理

3.拠点の会議運営サポート

• さがみ野DC月例報告(資料送付)の実施

• 南港の月例会議の議事録配布

4.CBRE(ファシリティマネジメントベンダー)

• 新規メンバーのFiledglass処理(ID取得)、退任者のIDクローズ処理

5. Small job 処理

• 依頼受け付け、予算取得依頼(RDCメンバーへ)、予算取得後の発注処理

6.押印処理

• RDC印、社長印の取得手続き(承認依頼、押印取得)

7.その他

• メンバーのサポート

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • Business-level Japanese language
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills for managing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, as well as coordinating with vendors and team members

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Bilingual in Japanese and English
  • Previous experience working in an administrative, office, or facilities management role would be highly beneficial
  • Familiarity with vendor management, purchasing, and operational procedures in a corporate environment
