The Role
Design, implement, and manage observability solutions, including logging, metrics, and tracing for cloud and on-prem environments.
Develop dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide visibility into system performance, availability, and incidents.
Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to integrate observability best practices into CI/CD pipelines and application architectures.

Analyze system telemetry data to proactively detect issues, optimize performance, and enhance system resilience.
Implement and maintain monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, or similar platforms.
Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to ensure service reliability and alignment with business goals.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve system stability, response times, and user experience.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in observability, AIOps, and incident response automation.
This is a project-based role where you'll enjoy deep involvement throughout the lifespan of a project, as well as the chance to work closely with Architects, Technicians, and PMs. Whatever your current level of tech savvy or where you want your career to lead, you'll find the right opportunities and a buddy to support your growth. Required Technical and Professional Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in observability, monitoring, or site reliability engineering (SRE).
Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Elastic Stack, Datadog, or New Relic.
Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) to automate monitoring and alerting solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex system metrics.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Enterprise IT application experience
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Must have experience driving for engineering solutions and working across teams
• Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce conclusions and responses.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• Strong process improvement experience
