Main responsibilities:

Implementation and management of observability tools:

  • Configure, manage, and optimize the use of Dynatrace for application, infrastructure, and network monitoring.
  • Design and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, and metrics relevant to business needs.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor the performance of applications and systems, identifying bottlenecks and potential problems.
  • Perform detailed analysis to detect anomalies, failures, and usage trends, using advanced Dynatrace capabilities such as trace and dependency analysis.

Troubleshooting:

  • Provide proactive and reactive diagnostics for incidents related to application and system performance.
  • Work collaboratively with development, infrastructure, and support teams to implement solutions.

Continuous improvement and automation:

  • Automate monitoring and alerting processes to minimize manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the use of Dynatrace and other observability tools.

Training and support:

  • Provide training to internal teams on the use of Dynatrace and observability best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issues related to the monitoring platform.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in application, infrastructure, and network monitoring.
  • 2+ years of specific experience working with Dynatrace in enterprise environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in advanced Dynatrace implementation and configuration, including full-stack monitoring, distributed traceability, and problem analysis.
  • Knowledge of APM (Application Performance Monitoring) concepts, metrics, logs and traces.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices-based architectures.
  • Experience working with languages and frameworks such as Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python.
  • Knowledge of complementary observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk or Elastic Stack.
  • Experience integrating Dynatrace with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git).

Desirable certifications:

  • Dynatrace Associate Certification (o superior).
  • AWS/Azure/Google Cloud certifications in monitoring or DevOps.

Soft skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to non-technical audiences.

Language:

  • Intermediate-advanced English (B2+), able to interact with international teams and document in this language.
