Join our team as a Technical Resolution Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing Kyndryl's complex, high-traffic internet site communications and network-based product systems. As a Technical Resolution Specialist, you'll be the engineer of scalable local and wide-area network solutions, bridging multiple platforms and protocols, including IP and VOIP. Your mission is to ensure seamless system performance, troubleshoot network issues, and orchestrate the installation of vital components such as routers and switches in collaboration with our trusted vendors. But that's not all - you'll also be at the forefront of innovation, developing tools to automate network system deployment, administration, and monitoring, while actively participating in project planning and implementation.

The NetBrain Tool Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of the NetBrain platform. This includes installation, configuration, integration with other network tools, and ensuring the platform meets the needs of network operations. The administrator will work closely with network engineers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to optimize the use of NetBrain for network automation, visualization, and troubleshooting.
Required Technical and Professional Experience:
- Minimum of5+ years of experience in network administration, network engineering, or IT infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, Logic Monitor, NetBrain or similar network management/automation tools.
- Solid understanding of Data Centre mainly Systems, Storage, Networking & Security, Application & Databases
- Understanding of Systems and Solutions Architecture
- Hands-on experience & learning with Data Centre technologies, Cloud Software, and interoperability
- Strong understanding of network technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, and network protocols.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation purposes.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
- Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
- Experience with common network management tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Log Analysis etc.
- Strong customer facing skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/, NetBrain Certification or similar are preferred.
- MS Project or other Project Management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
