Your Role

We're seeking a marketing professional to drive Kyndryl Consult's market presence, from gaining brand permission, opening up new relationships and pipeline growth across UK and Ireland. Collaborating with the local Consulting leadership, our collogues in global marketing & the local marketing team, you will:

• Execute integrated marketing programs that amplify Kyndryl Consult's market presence and accelerate pipeline growth

• Drive ABM initiatives and thought leadership campaigns that resonate with senior decision-makers

• Act as the strategic advisor to the UK and Ireland consulting leaders and marketing teams to drive initiatives that build relationships and generate pipeline

• Integrate and drive Kyndryl Consult initiatives while serving as an active member of the regional marketing team, ensuring Consult offerings enhance and align with broader marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with UK and Ireland Consult teams, sales, and alliance partners to deliver programs that showcase our consulting expertise

Your Impact

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Successful integration of content, messages and programs landing them as part of a journey, targeting key decision makers in UK and Ireland.

• Kyndryl Consult pipeline & signings growth in ABM accounts

• Number of executive-level relationships developed through strategic marketing initiatives

• Build strategic partnerships with Consult leaders while providing market-driven perspective and recommendations that shape go-to-market success

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, focusing on technology consulting or professional services

• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience working closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth

• Proven track record of executing successful marketing programs in regional markets with a skills emphasis on content and industry expertise

• Experience working directly with consulting leaders and subject matter experts

• Excellence in stakeholder management within matrix organizations

• Data-driven approach to measuring and reporting program effectiveness

• Ability to translate complex solutions into clear value propositions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field

• Experience in consulting or professional services marketing

• Demonstrated success in account-based marketing

• A deep understanding of regional markets combined with proven ability to develop and activate thought leadership programs that drive sales engagement and customer conversations
