The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong technical skills who are eager to learn and grow in the field of Mainframe Operations. The new technology you will be working with is Mainframe, and Kyndryl is the biggest Mainframe service provider in the world.

  • Participate in a 3-month classroom training program to gain foundational knowledge in Mainframe Operations.
  • Engage in on-the-job education to apply learned skills in real-world scenarios.
  • Perform Level 1 operations in a 24x7 environment, ensuring the smooth functioning of mainframe systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures.
