- Managing the team as a team leader, communicating with team members and customers.

Who You Are

メインフレーム領域全般あるいは特定の領域での知識• 経験
(HW,OS,Middleware,Database,Storage,Network,自動化等)
You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused - someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.
Required Technical and Professional Experience
- Product knowledge and experience in building, transferring, and operating mainframe systems (hardware products, z/OS products, DBDC products).
- Experience as a team leader
- Knowledge and experience in IT service management, including incident/problem/change management.
- Experience in the technical field related to product changes and version upgrades.
Prefered Technical and Professional Experience
- Knowledge and experience in any or specific areas of the mainframe domain (hardware, OS, middleware, database, storage, network, automation, etc.).
