The Role

Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure - good at providing analysis, documenting and diagramming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally "figuring it out." This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.

Power Automate Developer extensive experience in creating automated workflows and solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, as well as proficiency in RPA tools like Blue Prism. This position requires a hands-on professional who is enthusiastic about automation, process improvement, and enhancing business productivity through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities includes:

  • Developing custom workflows using the Microsoft Power platform Automate and RPA tools.
  • Designing, creating, and maintaining flows, actions, and triggers, Troubleshooting and resolving workflow issues,
  • Requirement analysis, documenting project related documents PDD, SDD.
  • Fundamental design principles for building robotic processes.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards, Architecture Design throughout entire project execution.
  • Complete projects according to outlined scope, within budget, and timeline.
  • Work along with RPA Team on development, enhancements, CRs and guide the team in case of technical difficulties.
  • Efforts estimation, planning and ensuring deliveries on time.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to seniors and various stakeholders
  • Ensure timely support to existing clients and their Live RPA processes.
  • Performs unit testing, system testing along with validation testing.
  • UAT and Production deployment of processes.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 7-8 years' experience in RPA Tools like Power Automate/BluePrism
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
  • Experience with a programming language such as Python, .NET(C#/VB)
  • Experience in Excel-VBA/Marcos
  • Team handling experience is must
  • Experience in OCR technology would be an added advantage e.g Tesseract, Abby and SQL experience is also required.
  • Demonstrable experience in Support, designing, troubleshooting of above technology
  • Ability to articulate best practices during implementation
  • Demonstrated experience in handling day-to-day Operation, Alert, Incident/QA , Production support
  • Willingness to work in shifts as per the Business needs

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Certification in any RPA technology would be preferred.
  • Require you to be hands on technical / development.
  • Require you to work both as individual contributor or in a team of experienced developers
  • As this is a client facing role, there will be interaction with the clients
