There are two halves to this role: First, contributing to current projects where you analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems. And second, long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution. This role isn't specific to any one platform, so you'll need a good feel for all of them. And because of this, you'll experience variety and growth at Kyndryl that you won't find anywhere else.

You'll be involved early to offer solutions, help decide whether something can be done, and identify the technical and timeline risks up front. This means dealing with both client expectations and internal challenges - in other words, there are plenty of opportunities to make a difference, and a lot of people will witness your contributions. Required Experience

• Infrastructure Specialist focused, but not limited to LoCode/NoCode development using Microsoft Power Platform Environment.
• 5 years of experience using and administering Microsoft Power Platform including Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Planner, Sharepoint administration and access control, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook and Teams.
• Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Skilled in Technical Document Writing and Problem & Change Management.
• Understanding of Security and Resiliency Domain, specifically Incident Recovery competencies including DRaaS, BaaS, ADM and associated delivery tools (ex. PRISM).
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in HCL Notes development using Notes Designer, Lotus Scripting, and Lotus Notes Formula Language to support pre-existing migrated data.
• Fluency in project management, time management, and interpersonal communication to be able to gather customer requirements and convert them into working application designs.
• Experience managing and administrating access control management including CBN- Continued Business Need and QEV - Quarterly Employee Verification, backend data source management and configuration, and application interconnectivity.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $74,640 to $141,960 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $82,200 to $170,280
Colorado: $74,640 to $141,960

New York City: $89,640 to $170,280

Washington: $82,200 to $156,240

Washington DC: $82,200 to $156,240

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.

Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
