As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with line management, executive teams, and various functional areas to proactively address workforce development, talent management, and productivity-related business challenges. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic advice and counsel on multiple initiatives, such as workforce optimization and complex employee relations issues.

You will ensure that the intricacies of our workforce are understood and provide support to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. This includes developing and implementing local people strategies, driving compliance with labor laws, and mitigating risks to the business. You will significantly contribute to, review, and approve HR programs while working with stakeholders to enhance existing initiatives. Additionally, you will support colleagues in addressing escalations and driving internal HR improvement processes.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Generalist HR role,
  • Experience in developing and executing HR strategies
  • Focal for Employee and Labor Relations
  • Deliver country and market initiatives including talent, learning, diversity, strategic workforce planning, total rewards, business development activities, support and delivery.
  • Deploy and execute HR programs in collaboration with other HR functions, including compensation, benefits, and ID&E.
  • Partner and collaborate with market leader and leadership teams to proactively support business strategy, results and employee engagement.
  • Develop and deliver local people strategy.
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers and leaders on employees relations and HR initiatives.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution,
  • Strong background in talent management and workforce planning,
  • Professional certifications in HR,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
