The Role

The role of a functional consultant must ensure that the technological solution to be implemented within the scope of the project meets the client's functional and operational requirements and needs.

Among other tasks, the functional consultant will perform the following functions:

  • Gathering functional and operational requirements from the various interlocutors established by the client. Analyzing and documenting them, proposing improvements if deemed appropriate.
  • Translating requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams, ensuring compliance with defined architecture standards.
  • Actively collaborating with developers, ensuring that developments meet the established requirements and expectations.
  • Designing, developing, and executing functional test plans, ensuring compliance with established requirements.
  • Coordinating the client's user acceptance tests (UAT).
  • Managing and controlling changes to the established requirements, ensuring proper control and monitoring.
  • Preparing and delivering training sessions related to the functional capabilities and use of the implemented solution.
  • Providing functional support to users after the solution goes live.

Who You Are

University degree of diploma or technical engineer in the fields of engineering, computer science, or sciences.

Professional experience: At least 4 years of experience as a functional analyst in the implementation and development of analytical projects in the healthcare sector, with at least two references of projects based on cloud and AI.
