The Role
Are you ready to join the team of software engineering experts at Kyndryl? We are seeking a talented Software Engineering Technical Specialist to contribute to our software engineering space and provide critical skills required for the development of cutting-edge products.
The Role
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the respective line of business team to understand client needs, business objectives, and jointly design the business process(es).
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to gather and analyze information, identify pain points, and define project scope.
- Develop and present compelling solution proposals and product demonstrations that address client requirements and showcase how our products and services match their business process(es).
- Provide expert-level consultation on solution architecture, integration possibilities, and technical feasibility.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their business processes and maximize the value of our solutions.
- Works within agile implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from requirement to deployment, providing guidance, solution configuration, testing, and support as needed.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials, user guides, and other documentation to facilitate successful solution adoption.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide input on product enhancements, based on customer feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your expertise and contribute to the growth and innovation of our solutions.
- Troubleshoot any error when sending in the interface with Ariba.
- User access (before the interface with Ariba includes this part) and delegation maintenance.
- Supplier registration support (send invite, setup new supplier in system, ANID update etc.)
- Support Contractor activities (troubleshooting the issues when they register, resend invite etc.)
- Master data maintenance (company codes, purchase groups, UNSPSC code, tax id etc.)
- Manage Service request configuration (supplier rate for different job role/skill level in country, distribution list, fields in the request form etc.)
- Other requests related to the service requests (change requestor, change approver, update UNSPSC code in assignment etc.)

Who You Are
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong Procurement knowledge on Contingent / Contractor Labor Management
- Working knowledge of SAP Fieldglass
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience as a solution consultant, pre-sales consultant, or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of enterprise software applications, cloud computing, and software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba, S4 Hana, or other business software systems is highly desirable.
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
- Experience with solution architecture design and integration, including API knowledge, is a plus.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
- While not a strict requirement, we value relevant SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate, SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP Certified Development Associate, or SAP Certified Application Specialist.
