The Role

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a pivotal role? Join our team as the Technical Go-to-Market Offering Management Director in our Cloud practice at Kyndryl and help bridge the gap between offering management, marketing, and go-to-market teams. In this role, you will ensure our Cloud offerings align with market needs and are effectively communicated to and adopted by our target audience. You'll create engaging and informative content that connects technical offering features with customer requirements. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, marketing acumen, and content development skills to drive adoption and market penetration. You will also participate directly in customer opportunities, sometimes in person, requiring travel, and be responsible for creating presentation and proposal materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Cloud portfolio go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
  • Define portfolio Cloud positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiate our services in the market and align with company strategies.
  • Create Cloud portfolio and offering content that supports go-to-market strategies and campaigns and can be used internally with Kyndryl teams and externally on customer engagements.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Over 10 years of experience designing and selling Cloud solutions, specifically Cloud native solutions leveraging hyperscaler technology.
  • Strong content development, presentation, and proposal creation skills, with a deep understanding of IT, Cloud technologies, Cloud native services, Cloud hyperscalers and Cloud managed services.
  • Superior knowledge of design in PowerPoint and other tools.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • A BA or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Project management

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is 167,760 to $318,840 based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $184,560 to $382,680

Colorado: $167,760 to $318,840

New York City: $201,360 to $382,680

Washington: $184,560 to $350,760

Washington DC: $184,560 to $350,760

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
