The Role

In this role, the chosen candidate will ensure operational, IT, and financial processes are effectively monitored and executed. In addition, will assist process owners and management in achieving sustainable control goals. This individual will be recognized as the compliance leader by Global and Country Process Owners and will participate in developing and implementing Geography or Global Process strategies and internal control programs, as well as conducting audits and certifications. Lastly, will offer expert advice to senior professionals and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Performs compliance operations over controls that are associated with the organizations policies and practices.
  • Creates audit readiness awareness with relevant education and best practice sharing across the globe.
  • Maintains audit readiness of the business with deliverables like multiple tests across operations, IT delivery and regulatory compliance space.
  • Conducts Internal inspections for IT Delivery, CRM and Operations.
  • Educates, guides and supports account during internal and external audits, external certifications, client 3rd party audits, etc.
  • Leads peer reviews as a specialist. Investigates and cascades lessons learned and the identified root causes.
  • Acts as a liaison with process owners and accountable line management to develop and implement future improvement.

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $146,040 to $277,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different appliable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $160,680 to $332,760

Colorado: $146,040 to $277,320

Maryland/Massachusetts/Virginia: $146,040 to $305,160

New York City: $175,080 to $332,760

Washington DC: $160,680 to $305,160

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, vision and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience leading governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activity and teams
  • Expertise in building GRC programs and measuring risk
  • Skilled in leading design and testing for IT controls
  • Organizing and leading cross-functional teams and activity

Preferred Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Program management and agile methodologies knowledge a plus
  • Track record of success in assessing and quantifying risk
