Technical Solutioning - SAP & Cloud/Application Services
- Apply deep SAP domain expertise across ECC, S/4HANA, Basis, and related modules.
- Understand and integrate Managed Services components including hosting, cloud (IaaS, PaaS, STaaS), networking, and security.
- Design architectures that support high availability, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery standards.
- Leverage internal infrastructure capabilities and 3rd party partnerships to develop robust, cost-optimized solutions.
- Stay current on SAP roadmap, hyperscaler trends (AWS, Azure, GCP), and competitive landscapes.
Client & Opportunity Support
- Lead solutioning activities from discovery to contracting, owning the technical relationship for SAP opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Engage with customer stakeholders to uncover and validate technical requirements.
- Design SAP architecture solutions that balance performance, scalability, cost, and compliance.
- Resolve technical, pricing, and contractual challenges in partnership with internal teams.
- Facilitate seamless handoff between Sales and Delivery, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Client Engagement - This is a customer facing role in which to 20-30% of the time is spent in direct discussions with customers, and typically working on five to ten engagements at a time.

Experience:
- 5+ years in SAP solution architecture or technical sales support within a hosting, cloud, or Managed Services environment.
- Proven track record influencing sales opportunities and engaging senior-level clients.
- Exposure to enterprise cloud platforms (OCI, Azure, AWS) and hybrid deployment models.
Technical Competencies
- Advanced knowledge of SAP platforms & applications (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Basis).
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architecture, virtualization, and storage solutions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, backup strategies, and enterprise data center architecture.
- Insight into industry competition, including strengths, gaps, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements including understanding customer needs, analyzing complex problems, and proposing effective and scalable solutions
Professional Skills
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills-able to translate technical speak into business value.
- Strong project and resource management abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to coach, mentor, and influence across functions.
- High degree of computer literacy, documentation, and solution design proficiency.
Continuous Learning & Development
- Attend industry seminars and events to stay on the forefront of SAP and cloud innovations.
- Maintain compliance with internal training and administrative guidelines.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in supporting sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team, preparing sales materials, participating in customer presentations, and contributing to proposal development
- Experience in multiple scoping and costing tools
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $116,760 to $221,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $128,400 to $266,040
Colorado: $116,760 to $221,880
New York City: $140,040 to $266,040
Washington: $128,400 to $243,960
Washington DC: $128,400 to $243,960
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
