The Role

The Architects Role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing hybrid cloud solutions that integrate on-premises infrastructure with public cloud services. This role requires a deep understanding of both traditional IT architecture and modern cloud technologies to ensure seamless interoperability and optimal performance.

The architect will work closely with various stakeholders to develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective hybrid cloud strategies that align with the client's objectives. He/She is also required to co-creates with clients, in real-time, on solutions to solve their hardest business challenges.

The architect is a key player in a multi-disciplinary team made up of Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Business Technology Leaders. The brightest and creative minds collaborating with clients as one team and contributing to experiential working sessions and builds. The outputs of which produce pilots that lead to the deployment of enterprise-scale solutions at start-up speed.

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, CNCF, RedHat certified OCP Admin (EX280 or EX380)) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in cloud architecture.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, virtualization, container, microservice technologies, and networking.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
