As Project Manager, you have command of a very full and detail-oriented calendar. You'll be constructing detailed project plans, managing teams, and leading meetings, status calls, and planning and cadence meetings. You will analyze and mitigate risks, manage finances, make sure the team has the right skills, then plan and delegate activity to hit deadlines, deliver on SLAs, and generally delight our clients. Of course, plans often evolve as a project unfolds, so you'll need to practice continuous structural thinking and take ownership for value delivery, not just task scheduling.

But as important as planning and organization are, communication is 90% of the job. You're the single point of contact with the client, partners, and all stakeholders, supporting them and ensuring they get what they need. You're also the bridge to every other team on the project, including both technical and account roles. The result is an exciting multicultural, often multilingual environment. Bottom line: You need to like interactions with other people and know how to be kind and empathetic but also assertive - and handle customer change requests with diplomacy.

You're going to be meeting a lot of people, networking, and forging relationships. Responsibilities includes are executive communications to collaborate with senior executives to develop and execute communication plans that effectively convey key messages, promote transparency, and align with the organization's strategic goals. Draft speeches, presentations, and talking points for senior executives, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice. Conduct research and gather information to support executive communication initiatives. Manage executive communication channels, such as newsletters, blogs, and internal announcements. Employee Engagement Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment and develop and execute internal communication strategies that inform, engage, and motivate employees across various channels and plan and coordinate employee events, town halls, and other engagement activities and monitor employee feedback and sentiment, and propose actionable strategies for improvement. Internal Communications to create and implement an internal communications strategy that ensures consistent and timely information flow across the organization and develop and manage internal communication channels, including intranet, email newsletters, and digital signage and write and edit internal communications materials, including memos, announcements, and organizational updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accurate and effective communication. Content Development to create compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including written, visual, and multimedia formats and edit and proofread communication materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the organization's tone and style and develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of communication initiatives and monitor industry trends and best practices in executive communications and employee engagement to continuously improve communication strategies.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Proven experience in executive communications, employee engagement, or internal communications roles with 7-8 years of work experience in large matrix organizations, work experience with Global Capability Centers preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including intranet systems, design tools. email marketing software, and digital signage solutions and knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, internal communications, and change management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in using relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• MS Project or other Project Management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
