The Role

A Workplace Collaboration Administrator is a skilled professional who can work with various collaboration tools, both on-premises or on cloud. They can handle moderately complex projects, provide technical advice and implement approved solutions. They also help to fix issues and provide level 2 / level 3 support to customers. They are responsible for resolving tickets, securing the IT environment and monitoring the system health.

Who You Are

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of ITSM management tools (Remedy, BMC Helix ITSM) from an administrative perspective, not as an end user.
  • Knowledge of ITIL - COBIT processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management, SLAs) as a fundamental base for activities, not just as part of the methodology adopted in service operations.
  • Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum).
  • At minimum 03 years of experience

Soft Skills:

  • Soft skills focused on assertive communication, time management, and prioritization.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills (Timely questioning for continuous service and team improvement).
  • Relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Excel skills (Macros, report generation).
