The Role
Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure - good at providing analysis, documenting and diagraming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally "figuring it out." This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementation, and management of Ansible-based automation systems.
- Writing code using YAML templates and automated scripts to configure and deploy infrastructure endpoints such as servers.
- Managing user and permissions. Designing automation processes and tools to streamline deployments across multiple environments.
- Troubleshooting and documenting any issues related to Ansible and playbooks along with
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows and modules. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and integration tools.
- Design and optimize workflows. Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches to ServiceNow platform.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Development and customization of rules and automations to handle the events.
- Development of health check monitoring scripts/automation and dashboards for different health check parameters.
- Integration of Netcool with inventory management systems and ticketing systems.
- Customization of probe rules based on the requirements.
- Upgrading of IBM Tivoli suits of products based on the vulnerabilities.
- Configuration of SSL certificates based on the requirements. Development of Triggers based on the environment and requirements.
- Building Omnibus WebGUI CGI/script tools and dashboards

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 7-8 years' experience in Ansible and automation. Knowledge of YML and scripting in a customised enterprise environment.
- Excellent knowledge with implementation experience of playbook development, execution and customization.
- Considerably good skills in Git, GitHub, or data repository handling and maintenance.
- Experience in CACF and ServiceNow integration and automation
- 8-10 years' experience with hands on skills of administration level in Linux operating system and scripting.
- Decent knowledge and experience in implementing automation using ServiceNow, API integrations and third-party integration.
- Experience on developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, integrating them with other systems.
- Skills in designing and optimizing workflows and implementing automation solutions in SNOW.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- 5 to 7 years' experience in NMS/EMS IBM Tivoli Netcool Suit of Products which includes Deployment, Configuration, Administering and Customization in Netcool/Omnibus, Probes, Gateways, WebGUI, ITM, Netcool Impact, Jazz for SM.
- Experience on IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus 8.1 customized configuration and deployment of multi-tier architecture.
- Working knowledge of Probes and Gateways, and experience in configuring various probes including MTTrapd, Syslog, EIF, Ping, Message bus probe etc.
- Experience in configuring Object Server Gateways like JDBC, Uni and Bi-directional Gateway.
- Good experience in JazzSM, Netcool/WebGUI deployment and configuration.
- Experience in using DB2 back-end data storage.
- Experience of Public/private cloud management. Especially migration from on-prem to cloud solution
- Experience in automation and integration of multiple technologies especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
- Linux/AIX server implementation and troubleshooting experience in large environments
