The Role

Kyndryl is looking for a strategic, creative and experienced B2B Marketing expert with a proven track record of success to lead Field Marketing for our Key Accounts or a cluster of Account.. The ABM Field Marketing role is a high-visibility role responsible for scaling the growth of our key accounts and a critical role in the success of an Account. The person will be adept at establishing relationships at the most senior levels both internally and externally, build reputation for Kyndryl and crafting high value marketing programs that produce measurable results at an Account Level working closely with the account team.

The ABM Field Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the success of an Account and his/her strength lies in building a deep partnership with account teams, sales leaders and their teams. They are aligned to an account and bring deep knowledge of the market, ecosystem, customer pain points and Kyndryl services and offerings to co-create with Sales marketing programs that build reputation and advance relationships with clients, leading to business growth.

Who You Are

  • Define Account Based Marketing strategy, planning and execution at an account/cluster of accounts grounded on customer needs
  • Build positive relationships, credibility, and use strong communication and influence skills to partner effectively with customers to improve decision-making and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, content, channels, and calls to action for each top target account /target segment.
  • Work closely with core marketing functions to develop targeted campaign concepts, custom content requirements, test messaging and creative development to ensure brand awareness at account level, higher conversion and faster sales cycle for the accounts
  • Close partnership with sales to develop account focused marketing plan to build and strengthen relationships, reputation and revenue for the account.
  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budget
  • Deeply understanding of the customer, the market, technology trends of their key accounts. Continuously evaluating them to identify new business opportunities.
  • Gains a deep understanding of the business, its services and how they differentiate from competitors and how they address key customer pain points.
  • Creates account specific content that educates the target audience on key industry solutions; showcased at industry events; and builds credibility of its industry experts.
  • Works with sales to gain customer advocacy, building client trust and loyalty to develop long term strategic partnerships. Translates this into compelling stories promoted through industry programs and experiences.
  • Throughout programs, tracks the KPIs outlined in the marketing plans to measure and optimize on-going impact on reputation, relationships and, ultimately, business growth.
  • Earn trust and maintain strong relationships across the organization, working in conjunction with other marketing leaders and peers.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Experience in the Services Consulting
  • 5+ years of account-based marketing experience in high tech; experience working in the financial services vertical
  • Experience building and carrying out account-based marketing programs
  • Clear understanding of cloud and emerging technologies with the ability to integrate them skillfully into programs that deliver on sales and strategic objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (French and English)
  • Writing and presentation skills to translate detailed content into impactful GTM materials, including web, email, and social content; good listener
  • Experience directing digital marketing campaigns and planning and delivering social media strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve practical results when working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Persistent and resourceful
  • Goal-oriented and collaborative with the ability to take initiative and deliver projects unsupervised
  • Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
