The Role
- Build and Maintain relationships with key business leaders, stakeholders and support partners ie. IT, Comms, Legal, EHS, HR, Works councils, Safety Committees, Security, etc
- Manage site budgets and costs including Input into the Annual Business Planning and Opex/Capex Budget Process
- Execute on Global and Regional initiatives
- Manage site operations to the highest quality level ensuring all employees and customers receive a positive experience
- Management of Building Assets including replacement plans
- Operational oversight for project management
- Maintain RE&F standards, methodologies, processes & governance
- Interaction and the relationship with statutory authorities and Landlords with a strong understanding of documentation and processes (STPI/SEZ, City councils, local authorities, utility bodies
- Data integrity owner for site level information

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field (architecture, engineering, real estate or business administration) required
- A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in real estate/facilities management or related field
