The Role

Summary:

The Associate Director of Global Communities is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, and integration of global community programs that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization. This role focuses on fostering a sense of community among employees, advising Kyndryl Business Resource Groups (ERGs), and ensuring that ID&E initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a global community strategy aligned with ID&E goals.
  • Lead ERGs globally, ensuring alignment with company values.
  • Advocate for global communities at the executive level.

Program Development and Management

  • Oversee global community programs, ensuring consistency and regional relevance.
  • Build partnerships that align with ID&E objectives.

Support and Empowerment

  • Support and guide BRG leaders with resources and training.
  • Foster collaboration and innovation among community leaders.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

  • Support and guide BRG leaders with resources and training.
  • Foster collaboration and innovation among community leaders.

Communication and Advocacy

  • Implement a global communication strategy for community initiatives.
  • Advocate for global communities within the company.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Advise on budget allocation for community programs.
  • Develop metrics to measure program effectiveness and report to leadership.

Metrics and Reporting

  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of global community programs, including ERGs.

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $116,760 to $221,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $128,400 to $266,040

Colorado: $116,760 to $221,880

New York City: $140,040 to $266,040

Washington: $128,400 to $243,960

Washington DC: $128,400 to $243,960

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

Who You Are

Required Experience and Education

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in DEI, HR, or a related field, with experience in a leadership role managing global programs or communities.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, DEI, or related field preferred. Equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered.
