The Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Associate Director, Customer Reference Program to lead and scale our global customer reference initiative. In this high-impact role, you'll drive the strategy, operations, and growth of the program while managing a small team. Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, GTM, and other teams to recruit, curate, and activate customer references that fuel business success. You'll oversee the workflows, platform, and enablement resources that empower teams to leverage references effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global strategy for the customer reference program.
- Recruit and curate a diverse, scalable portfolio of customer reference accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and secure references with strategic priorities
- Curate customer reference content from Marketing, Communications, and regional teams, consolidating it into a centralized library for seamless global access.
- Partner with the NPS team to identify and source new customer reference candidates.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team to deliver program objectives.
- Oversee the customer reference platform, ensuring usability and data accuracy.
- Develop enablement materials and training to support sales and marketing teams.
- Measure and report program impact, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. - 8+ years in customer advocacy, sales enablement, or similar roles, including leadership experience
- Proven experience successfully building and scaling advocacy programs, with measurable impact
- Prior experience building and mentoring high-performance teams
- Strong project management, communications and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
