As an AIOps Modern Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in transforming IT service operations through AI-driven monitoring, automation, and ITIL 4 methodologies. You will oversee incident management, performance optimization, and automation strategies, ensuring maximum uptime and minimal disruptions. Your expertise in Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and Ansible will drive predictive analytics, self-healing systems, and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee incident management, performance optimization, and automation strategies.
- Leverage AI-driven monitoring and ITIL 4 methodologies to ensure maximum uptime and minimal disruptions.
- Utilize Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and Ansible to drive predictive analytics, self-healing systems, and service reliability.
- Develop and implement IT operations strategies that align with business needs.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience:
- 10 years of experience as an AIOps leader.
- AIOps-Driven IT Operations Management: Implement and optimize Dynatrace and ServiceNow for AI-driven monitoring, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis.
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize predictive analytics to detect and mitigate potential service disruptions before they impact users.
- SRE Principles: Define and implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to ensure continuous service reliability and availability.
- Incident Management: Lead major incident management efforts, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal operational impact.
- Automation & Orchestration: Design and deploy automation scripts using Ansible, enabling auto-remediation and reducing manual interventions.
- ITIL 4 Implementation: Implement ITIL 4 best practices, aligning IT services with business goals for enhanced service delivery.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Certifications in Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Ansible, ITIL 4, and/or SRE principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven IT operations (AIOps) and observability frameworks.
