1. お客様のビジネス課題の解決 / DX 変革を支援するにあたり、Microsoft Azureに代表されるパブリッククラウドをベースとしたIBM Power / VMwareソリューションの提案から契約締結までをリードする。

2. お客様のビジネス課題に基づいたニーズの把握とソリューションの紹介• デモンストレーション、社内関連部門• 社外ソリューションパートナーとの協業などを通してお客様との信頼を確立しながら提案内容を作成する。

3. IT インフラストラクチャー / それぞれの業種を取り巻く課題を勘案し、最適なソリューションをお客様へ提案• 提供する。

4. 市場の動向や顧客のニーズ分析によるソリューションの長期的な戦略策定および競合他社サービスの動向を把握することによって差別化ポイントを明確化する

【Job Description】

1. Lead the process from proposing IBM Power and VMware solutions based on public cloud such as Microsoft Azure to closing contracts for businesses dealing with challenges and digital transformation (DX) support.

2. Establish trust with clients by understanding their business challenges and needs, introducing and demonstrating solutions, collaborating with internal departments, and external solution partners to create proposal content.

3. Analyze IT infrastructure and industry-specific challenges to propose and provide optimal solutions to clients.

4. Develop a long-term strategic plan for solutions by analyzing market trends and customer needs, and clarify differentiation points based on understanding competitor service trends.

1.ソリューションセールスとして、パブリッククラウドを利用したソリューションまたはハリブリッドクラウド環境を実現するソリューション提案において、お客様課題のヒアリングから、提案書作成、契約締結までをリードした経験

2.パブリッククラウド(特にMicrosoft Azure)に対する技術的な知見

3.IBM Powerワークロード(AIX / IBM i / Linux)またはVMwareに代表される仮想化技術に対する技術的な知見

4.社内外の関連部門との協業を通して、複数のソリューションを組み立て、提案した経験

【望ましい要件】

1.10年ほどの関連業務の経験

1. Demonstrated experience in leading a process from customer needs identification through to proposal creation and contract signing for solutions involving public cloud or hybrid cloud environments.

2. Proven technical knowledge of public cloud, particularly Microsoft Azure.

3. Technical expertise in handling IBM Power workloads (AIX, IBM i, Linux) or virtualization technologies such as VMware.

4. Experience collaborating with internal and external departments to assemble and propose multiple solutions.

1. Over 10 years of relevant work experience.
