JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the customer experience on third-party delivery marketplaces, overseeing product assortments, pricing, promotions, and digital marketing to drive sales. Collaborate with category managers, optimizing product content and taxonomy, leading digital marketing initiatives and managing budgets to enhance the customer experience and achieve growth goals. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the customer experience for third-party marketplaces across all divisions, ensuring seamless ordering and fulfillment for Bloom Haus, Sushi Meals, and future store-front offerings
- Curate and manage online product assortment (from existing in-store product), including product titles and images, descriptions, keywords, and other aspects of digital merchandising that improve page rank, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement
- Develop and execute pricing, promotion, and marketing strategies in collaboration with third-party marketplace partners, leveraging tools like sponsored listings, homepage banners, CRM, and campaign participation
- Conduct competition and consumer demographic analysis to identify opportunities for expanding and diversifying product offerings
- Analyze customer behavior and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end customer experience
- Partner with category managers to develop annual business plans, track performance, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed budget goals
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver on plans and evolve offerings
- Lead strategy around taxonomy changes to enhance product discoverability and create a frictionless shopping experience
- Drive Kroger owned digital marketing by collaborating with various category and marketing teams to activate paid media (e.g., influencer, digital ads, direct mail, etc.), targeted email marketing, and strategic placements on banner websites and apps.
- Manage marketing budget to maximize sales and return on investment
- Oversee sales budget and weekly projections, providing regular updates to the eCommerce Finance team
- Travel 25% to divisions across Enterprise
- Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues
- Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising or brand management
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Merchandising experience
Desired
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
