JOB DESCRIPTION

Drive division engagement to support all KPF business lines in all divisions. Provide guidance to CEFP managers on how to promote retail financial services in a grocery environment. Provide leadership to implement programs that support the Our Promise Strategy. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership and inspiration for the entire CEFP manager team regarding successful sales strategies for retail financial services in enterprise stores
  • Develop and implement acquisition and engagement plans that focus on the $500M+ OP budgets based on the KPF business plan/strategy
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of market trends relative to KPF products and services
  • Collaborate with business line managers to create budgets and key performance targets for the KPF sales manager team
  • Collaborate with F&E contacts on the prioritization of work for the CEFP managers as that role now has shared functionality
  • Analyze data and identify trends, adjust strategies and tactics to achieve business results
  • Maintain a working knowledge of regulatory compliance and staying current with developing changes within government regulations
  • Facilitate solutions for questions and inquiries from division CEFP managers across all 20 divisions
  • Direct the development of supporting strategies and programs in the areas of communication and incentives, reporting, training and sales support and the selling process/customer experience in the store
  • Communicate and promote KPF initiatives and results to the division executive leadership teams
  • Conduct division/market visits to understand local market trends, competition and collaboratively seek solutions and strategies with the KPF business lines
  • Conduct training and information sessions for all new associate managers
  • Bring feedback from the division back to KPF to incorporate into business strategy development
  • Ensure CEFP team members have a working knowledge of all aspects and functions of KPF and a clear understanding of its alignment with the Our Promise Strategy
  • Develop and maintain the CEFP manager onboarding process for new associates
  • Prepare and facilitate a sales conference each year for all CEFP managers
  • Travel up to 50% to meet with divisions/market visits and collaborate with divisions
  • Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues
  • Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM
  • 5+ years of experience as a retail store manager
  • 3+ years team leadership experience
  • Any experience in leading new initiatives, drive change and adoption of new practices and procedures
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate people
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to think strategically and find new avenues of approaching tasks and challenges
DESIRED
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years financial services experience with a focus in financial services
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Prior management of sales teams
