JOB DESCRIPTION

Support business owners in development of key projects as determined by KPF strategic priorities and capital portfolio. Provide initiation, definition, delivery and closure of projects within timelines, cost and quality. Provide management expertise and lead team of stakeholders through a disciplined process to achieve business owner requirements and expected outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire project lifecycle
  • Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources and develop timelines and schedules
  • Identify and evaluate project risks, devise and implement effective mitigation strategies, escalate decisions and unresolved issues
  • Deliver solutions that are capable of meeting the business objective of the project, including post program launch evaluation
  • Partner closely with AML, Risk, and Fraud teams, and stay current with new or developing regulatory requirements
  • Timely communicate of project performance including sub work-streams within projects
  • Manage timelines, resources, budgets and expectations of stakeholders for assigned projects
  • Build relationships across the group and lead cross functional teams to develop and deliver project requirements
  • Use established Waterfall and Agile project management practices, to ensure formal tracking of projects with clear documentation of approvals given and actions taken
  • Travel independently when needed
  • Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues
  • Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • PMP or other project certification (e.g., CAPM, PMI-ACP) or willingness to attain
  • Prior experience in leadership positions delivering projects
  • Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products
  • Proven problem solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to business owners and to all levels within the organization

Desired
  • Advanced degree
  • Understanding of Agile and OKR frameworks
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile certifications
