JOB DESCRIPTION
Process fuel information to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines. Ensure all fuel deliveries, sales and ending inventory information is received and that all information keyed at store level is corrected. Monitor fuel shrink to ensure it is within guidelines, this requires a considerable amount of research and problem solving to ensure deadlines are met and division reporting is accurate. Process supplier and carrier invoices, research vendor statements and maintain liability reports for the division/stores. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and validate fuel information from stores.
- Process fuel invoices for the fuel sites within the fuel accounting system.
- Communicate with divisions and stores to furnish or obtain information concerning various issues. Requires tact to avoid misunderstanding.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain invoices and resolve disputes.
- Train new employees on assigned responsibilities.
- Work in a multi task environment.
- Organize workload to meet required deadlines.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Strong analytical skills and ability to produce accurate, timely work product.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of accounting systems.
- General bookkeeping skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented and able to function effectively in a multitask environment.
- Self-motivated and able to perform job responsibilities with a minimum of supervision.
- Ability to work long hours when necessary.
- Must be able to physically access all files, which entails (among other things) regular lifting of heavy boxes in which files are stored.
