Kroger is looking for current college students who are interested in gaining on the job training, mentorship, and real-world experience in their field of choice.
The Kroger Fall Internship Program is a 15-week immersive experience that offers students an opportunity to grow their careers through a variety of focused internship assignments. Fall 2025 dates: August 18 - December 5. This internship will require the intern to report to the office 4 days a week in Cincinnati, Ohio

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support various projects that involve different aspects of Operations, including project management, data pulling and report building. Apply concepts learned in a classroom setting to hands-on work assignments; interact with all lines of business within the Operational department.
- Assist in the development of Deli and Bakery Operational projects
- Spend time in the field reviewing in-store processes and gathering feedback to support current projects and identify/develop an intern project that can improve results in the Deli or Bakery.
- Support the Deli/Bakery Operations team by completing assigned projects/tasks promptly and accurately
- Pull and produce weekly reporting for Deli/Bakery Operational projects
- Document and develop job aids of Deli/Bakery best practices

QUALIFICATIONS
- Open to students majoring in Business, mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Communications and Marketing. Must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.

- Highly motivated student with the desire to take initiative on their own work
- Highly motivated with strong leadership skills and the ability to work in groups or independently
- Ability to work independently and recognize when it is necessary to work with other cross functional teams
- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to preserve confidentiality of information
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to present information to various levels of the organization
- Managing multiple priorities between school, work or extra-curricular activities
- Responds to change as a positive challenge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Significant level of multi-tasking and ability to prioritize work based on the needs of the business
