JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead and manage requisition and surplus (R & S) functions including parts department and equipment delivery and pick up. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts within the division's storage locations.
  • Coach, mentor, train and support technicians' parts and information requests.
  • Monitor auto-replenishment system to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Operate equipment, vehicles, power industrial trucks and aerial lifts safely.
  • Support the parts distribution process, including pricing best practice provider.
  • Monitor schedules, routes, delivery and pickups of equipment and parts.
  • Utilize company email system to send and receive messages.
  • Supervise R & S storage, refurbishment, movement and inventory of surplus equipment.
  • Support selling and disposal of obsolete and surplus equipment.
  • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must hold and maintain valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime when necessary
  • 3+ years' warehousing/inventory management experience and satisfactory overall performance
  • Demonstrated supervisory, mentoring and training experience
Desired
  • Maintenance technician experience
