JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the success of Kroger Health strategic programs. Create new programs to generate alternative profit. Maintain relationships with strategic partners and clients. Maximize program profitability working with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance. Leverage relationships to grow opportunity with contracted programs and equity in the Kroger Health brand. Position Kroger Health as the partner of choice for health, wellness, and nutrition programs. - Oversee Food Card Benefit, Food as Medicine (FAM) programs, B2B and community engagement

- Oversee budget, profitability, and pricing for Kroger Health FAM and B2B programs
- Develop growth strategy to increase sales and profit by partnering with Strategic Account Manager and sales teams
- Serve as primary CPG and client relationship owner for FAM and B2B programs
- Lead Strategic Program roles in overall strategic programs, including operations, implementation, and reporting
- Serve as the thought leader in health plan supplemental and wellness benefits to identify marketplace opportunity for product sales
- Work with strategic program stakeholders, including KTD, Ecommerce, Logistics, Accounting and 84.51 to ensure effective performing programs
- Create strategic alignment with clients and partners to find opportunities, synergies and success measures
- Meet with clients as needed to strengthen relationships, review offerings, resolve issues, and explore new opportunities
- Oversee B2B and FAM contracting strategy
- Lead the team in setting KPIs and monitoring progress toward goals and outcome review
- Provide insight, opportunities, and performance on strategic programs to KH Leaders, 84.51 and KTD Product teams
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
- Travel to attend conferences, support clients, and engage with client leadership

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree
- Any profit and loss responsibility experience
- 7+ years of experience in sales, customer service, product merchandising, strategic account management, contract negotiation
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership/management/supervisory role
- Create/maintain strong working relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Competency in delivering innovative, efficient, effective solutions to complex problems
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching and influencing skills
Desired
- Master's Degree business or finance
- Any experience marketing/selling of healthcare products or services
- Any managed care, health system, and/or specialty pharmacy experience
- Successful in identifying, adopting and leading change
- Ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a highly empowered team
- Ability to facilitate/translate business requirements into solutions
