JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the master data change and governance related processes. Drive the data quality, data integrity and data management that will run the business with accurate and core business information and intelligence. Understand business and technology needs to drive and prioritize data improvement initiatives. Build data to help drive best in class data management activities, customer satisfaction, revenue growth and operational productivity. Own the Oracle EDMCS application, Oracle GL Cross Validation Rules (CVRs) and all financial Master Data Management (MDM) activities. Responsible for all delivery of the EDMCS application across the enterprise. Understand MDM lifecycle process and MDM governance. Play an advisory role to the business team on future process models. Work with and lead technical teams in regard to customization and integration of finance applications. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate the management and monitoring of the master data request, intake, approval, and creation across Oracle EDMCS, GL, FCCS, and Essbase
- Facilitate master data governance meetings with stakeholders
- Administer the tasks, activities and data base tables associated with MDM; design and develop workflow tasks and models, establish hierarchies and manage versions, integration with reporting tools and user access group definition and set up
- Implement processes and procedures to capture and track the measures and metrics related to the governance of data and report out any anomalies
- Provide support and guidance of data governance systems to the Data Steward community
- Own managing hierarchies, enable data governance, provide a centralized repository of master data and associated attributes, and create mappings for downstream applications
- Oversee EDMCS security, subscription, custom validation, lookup sets, creating views, viewpoints, node, registering applications like EPBCS, FCCS, Fusion, custom, etc.
- Conduct business requirements and design sessions for MDM activities
- Identify data sources, construct data decomposition diagrams, provide data flow diagrams and document the process
- Travel to divisions to discuss process and conduct training

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of accounting systems or auditor experience or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of accounting/finance experience or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade/influence others
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate individuals from a wide variety of functional backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced knowledge of Excel

Desired
- Master's Degree MIS or Master of Business Administration
- Any experience with BI technologies and concepts, such as OLAP, PowerBI, and reporting applications
- Any experience in a data governance, data steward, and/or business process performance function
- 2+ years of experience in Oracle EDMCS and Data Relationship Governance (DRG) solutions or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in master data management strategies and tools or equivalent experience
- CPA Certified Public Accountant
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) including the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of financial applications
