Overview
Konica Minolta is seeking a treasury management professional with experience in banking, A/R receipts and payables processing, bank activity reporting, daily cash positioning, and payments processing that will support the daily management of company funds and operations of the Treasury department.
This individual will be part of a team responsible for the opening & closing bank accounts, daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. The candidate will work closely with internal business partners and external advisors to develop, automate, and digitize an efficient global treasury operation and process, including implementation of projects in disbursement and cash receipts processing. Konica Minolta's corporate teams are in office Monday - Thursday, remote on Friday.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily maintenance, reconcilement and recount ability of all company banking activity. Bank account reconciliation experience preferred
- Responsible for daily reporting of U.S. and Canadian banking activities
- Preparation of month-end cash journal entries and bank balances analysis
- Prepare/release daily electronic funds transfers to vendors, tax jurisdictions, healthcare providers, employee benefit plans, including intercompany settlements and funding operational bank accounts
- Partner with accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting, and regional finance departments on Treasury-related inquiries and issue resolution
- Administer bank account updates such as signatories, KYC documentation, and new bank account and services set up
- Prepare analytical reports on bank fees, A/R collections and A/P disbursement transactional activity, and other Treasury reports requested by the Director of Treasury and senior management
- Contribute to various Treasury projects to drive automation and data analytics
- Ad hoc analytics and reporting and project work involving disbursements and cash receipts, and treasury process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or similar
- 3+ years of experience in banking, treasury, or accounting
- Certified Treasury Professional or FPAC Certification preferred
- SAP S4Hana or other Treasury Management systems experience preferred
- Experience in IT or data science preferred
- Bank portal proficiency required
- Advanced skills with Excel (arrays, Vlookups, pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and visualization - ad hoc charts and graphs)
- Self-starter with ability to investigate and solve problems independently
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
