Overview
Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager based in the Indianapolis area! You will lead a team of highly knowledgeable sales professionals focused on driving technology-focused performance & revenue goals. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen, excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage internal and external customer relationships and focus on profitability.
Responsibilities
- Attract, hire, train, develop, coach, and lead members of a world-class sales organization.
- Meet company's three-pronged digital transformation sales objectives (Digital Transformation, Managed IT Services, and Production Print).
- Aggressively stimulate, review, and monitor all business activity for the team and ensure achievement of those activity goals.
- Monitor accomplishment of team sales and profitability objectives through specifically designed metrics.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly revenue streams.
- Provide quarterly evaluations of sales organization productivity executive sales management.
- Understand each employee's strengths and weaknesses with recommendations to develop these areas of performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales organization and implement changes.
- Develop solid business relationships with new or existing customers.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading a dynamic sales team with overall responsibility for profit & loss and quota management.
- Experience in technology sales.
- College degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in Major Account Business to Business Sales.
