Overview
Participate in and eventually lead dealer channel demos
Responsible for prompt and accurate reproduction and fulfillment of all print sample requests for all dealer channel customers
Support dealer and customer training and troubleshoot customer issues both remotely and in person
Receives, logs, delivers and tracks all activity for reporting purposes
Records, researches, documents, and tracks customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests
Requires heavy outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills, follow-up and tight collaboration with the management team
Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives
The ability to seek, establish, and maintain client relationships and provide customers with the highest standard of customer service

Responsibilities
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to travel.
Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment.
Familiarity with Production and Industrial Print would be a plus
Familiarity with Preflight / PitStop; Proficient in Preflight / PitStop would be a plus
Familiarity with Graphics and Adobe products; Proficient in Graphics and Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus
Advanced time management, and planning skills
Attend training classes to remain current with the most recent technology.
Qualifications
Ability to sit or stand for long period of time in support of travel or customer meetings/presentations/events.
Occasional travel. (Estimated 10-20%)
Minimum 2 years professional experience required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
