Overview

Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc., a leading company in the Imaging Industry specializing in Color Instrumentation and Light Measurement has an opportunity for an HR Planner, reporting to the Operations Manager & President.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain monthly company organization charts.
• Prepare, and track progress on employee continuing education requests and the employee referral programs.
• Work with KMBS HR as liaison for internal and external recruiters as needed - set up and manage all recruiting contractual agreements.
• Perform the following routine HR tasks as needed:

o Collect all the information needed to initiate an open position requisition with KMBS HR team.

o Establish the methods of posting - KM career site and/or specialized recruiting firms.
o Review candidate resumes and distribute them to each hiring manager.
o Setup, attend and coordinate all candidate interviews.
o Setup, update and coordinate new hire offer letters
o Help to provide smooth employee onboarding with the MKM portal.
o Assist employees with any question or issues concerning them in the work environment.
o Preparation of new employee info packet & maintenance of employee separation forms.
o Communicate yearly compliance trainings to all employees.
o Ensure all employee compliance trainings are launched correctly and completed in a timely manner.
o Responsible for communicating all announcements related to payroll, benefits, facility & general announcements to employees.
o Preparation of Internal Memos from the President and as needed requests on projects.
• Prepare quarterly/yearly company compliance reports, JSOX & business risk reports.
• Prepare and initiate the annual performance reviews for employees, managers, new FY sales compensation plans.
• Prepare, report and analyze employee usage rates of paid time off monthly, overtime work by department and other HR reporting as needed.
• Prepare the employee data required to launch the Global Employee Survey and communicate with all employees.
• Responsible for arranging all visitor/guest reservations, hotel, transportation, meeting rooms, lunch, dinners, building badges, mail distribution lists and general office support functions.
• Arrange all company meetings required, observe and advise on employee retention strategies.
• Liaison with our legal team on all requests for updating contracts and new contracts which all require the President's signature.
• Support the president and operations manager as requested.

Qualifications

• College educational degree required.
• HR and General Affairs experience.
• 5+ years of Office Operations/Management experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
• General business knowledge and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high stress environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
