We're seeking a motivated marketing intern to support our integrated marketing efforts, with a focus on bridging brand and performance marketing initiatives. This hands-on role offers exposure to both data-driven performance marketing and strategic brand building within the B2B technology space. The ideal candidate will assist in tracking campaign performance, analyzing marketing metrics, and supporting brand consistency while learning how these disciplines work together to drive business results. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a marketing student to gain practical experience in modern marketing practices while contributing to meaningful projects under the guidance of experienced marketing professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing Support
    • Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics across digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools
    • Help compile weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key trends and insights
    • Support A/B testing initiatives by documenting test parameters and results
    • Aid in monitoring paid media campaign performance and gathering data for optimization
  • Brand Marketing Activities
    • Help maintain brand guidelines consistency across marketing materials
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining the digital asset library
    • Support the creation and organization of brand marketing materials
    • Track brand sentiment and mentions across various channels
  • Cross-Channel Analytics & Reporting
    • Help identify areas where brand and performance marketing efforts intersect
    • Assist in creating dashboards that showcase both brand and performance metrics
    • Support data collection and organization from multiple marketing channels
    • Learn to recognize patterns between brand activities and performance outcomes
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in coordinating marketing calendar activities between brand and performance teams
    • Help organize and document marketing team meetings and action items
    • Support the maintenance of project management tools and timelines
    • Aid in keeping marketing materials and assets organized
  • Learning & Development
    • Participate in marketing team training sessions and workshops
    • Complete assigned learning modules related to marketing tools and platforms
    • Shadow team members across different marketing functions
    • Document learnings and insights from various marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university
  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
