Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Field Technician Manager!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management for specified service area
- Ensures generation of revenue and profit consistent with assigned objectives, guidelines and pricing policies
- Maintains efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for the quality and efficiency of their work
- Provide next level customer support and problem resolution
- Facilities resolution of issues concerning pricing, installation and performance of equipment by interacting and communication with the sales and administrative departments
- Reviews timeliness, accuracy and completeness of technicians' invoices and car expense reports and timecards
- Ensures appropriate staffing
- Ensures adequate inventory of supplies and machine parts

Qualifications
- 3-5 years related work experience as a Technical Manager, preferably in the managed print services or digital solutions industry.
- Certified in A+, network+ or equivalent training required
- Understanding of Workflow, Security, Cost Accounting and MPS solutions
- Outstanding customer relation skills
- Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple and common network problems
- Must have experience updating, maintaining and analyzing spreadsheets
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Position requires use of personal car which is eligible for vehicle maintenance compensation program
- Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites
- Ability to use appropriate technology for the position (i.e. handheld computer, phone, laptop).
- Must have excellent daily time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities and schedule to obtain effective results
- Must work well with customers and exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times
