Overview
As the Director, Procurement Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth by leading a high-performing sales team focused on PC Laptop (device) management services. Reporting directly to the President, Direct Sales, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute strategies that contribute to achieving an annual revenue quota of over $17 million. This role offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment where your contributions will be valued and recognized.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share, working with the Direct Sales organization and creating new relationships for continual growth.
- Lead and mentor the sales team: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Build and maintain client relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty with the existing customer base for expanded procurement sales.
- Acquire Net New Customers: In addition, to working with the Direct Sales Field organization, responsible for building relationships and acquiring net new customers to Konica Minolta for Procurement sales.
- Analyze market trends and data: Utilize market insights and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Achieve budget review for US direct organization as assigned: Ensure financial targets are met and budgets are effectively managed.
- Engage with all direct field members in all customer segments: Collaborate with field teams across various customer segments to drive sales initiatives.
- Experience and understanding of device "lifecycle" management: Leverage knowledge of PC and related products usage across vertical channels to optimize sales strategies.
- Understand IT industry trends and growth strategies: Stay informed about industry trends and apply this knowledge to present relevant and timely solutions to customers.
- Understand all customer segments: Develop strategies tailored to different customer segments, including SMB, Medium/Large, Enterprise, Education, Healthcare, and Government.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Highly effective influencing skills.
