Overview
The Director, Enterprise Accounts - Dealer Channel is a strategic leader responsible for driving the growth of enterprise major account business within our dealer channel. This position oversees a team of Business Development Managers, Government Account Managers, and other vertical specialists, supporting and driving major/enterprise account sales with our dealers. Utilizing Konica Minolta contracts and supporting dealer initiatives, this role is crucial in helping the company achieve its goals and objectives, including revenue and profit growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, Government Account Managers, and vertical specialists.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive enterprise account sales within the dealer channel.
- Support dealers in utilizing Konica Minolta contracts and their own initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment, promoting equity and respect for all team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 10+ years sales experience
- 3+ years sales leadership experience
- 5+ years account management experience
